Step 1: To make Kashmiri Munj hawk, first of all wash the knoll and cut it

Step 2: Now cut the knoll leaves in half

Step 4: Now heat oil in a pan and add asafoetida

Step 5: Add Nol Nol, Nol Nol leaves, dry red chilli and salt to it

Step 6: Cook for 2 minutes and after that add Kashmiri masala powder and mix

Step 7: Add water and cooking soda to it

Step 8: Mix and cover the pan

Step 9: Cook until the vegetables are soft and turn off the gas
