Cooking Steps
Step 1: To begin making Kiwi Sondesh Recipe, in a saucepan, heat the milk and bring to boil
Step 2: Add lemon juice and stir it until milk curdles completely

Step 7: Mix well to combine
Step 8: Cook the mix on medium heat till the mixture thickens and starts leaving the sides of the pan
Step 9: Turn off the flame and let the mixture cool for a while
Step 10: Roll the mix into small balls and flatten slightly
Step 11: Garnish with some almonds, pistachios, and raisins
Step 12: Serve Kiwi Sondesh Recipe as a dessert along with Baked Chevdo Recipe and Pheki Mathri Recipe during evening
