Cooking Steps
In a deep pan, bring water to a boil. Add salt, cumin seeds, , and chopped green chili. Stir well.
Reduce the heat to low, and gradually add the rice flour while stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Mix until the water is absorbed and the dough starts to come together.
Transfer the dough to a steamer or idli molds. Steam for about 10-12 minutes on medium heat until fully cooked.
Serve hot, drizzled with oil and garnished with chopped coriander leaves. Enjoy with pickles or chutneys for extra flavor.
