Cooking Steps
Step 1: To make sour sweet tinda vegetable, first cut the tinde
Step 2: Now add tinda, salt, 2 tablespoons water in a pressure cooker
Step 3: Turn off the cooker and cook till 2 cities come
Step 4: Place the cooker under water and take out its pressure
Step 5: Keep it aside
Step 6: Now heat oil in a pan
Step 7: After the oil is hot, add mustard seeds and cumin seeds
Step 8: Allow to cook for 10 seconds
Step 9: Now add curry leaves, cooked vegetables, salt and other ingredients
Step 10: Do not add baked peanuts and coriander
Step 11: Mix well
Step 12: Cook until the tinda is cooked
Step 13: After cooking add peanuts and coriander
Step 14: Mix and serve
Step 15: Serve the sweet and sweet tinda curry with Gujarati lentils and gourd theplas for dinner
