Khapli Flour (Two Brothers)
1 small cup (100g)
Plain Water
0.25 small cup (50g)
Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a bowl, Take khapli flour.
Add water to the flour mixture slowly and knead it into a smooth dough.
Divide the dough into equal parts and roll them into balls.
Flatten the balls and dust them with some flour.
Roll each ball into a thin disc using a rolling pin.
Heat a tawa or griddle over medium heat.
Place the rolled roti on the tawa and let it cook for a minute or so until bubbles start to form on the surface.
Flip the roti and cook the other side until brown spots start to appear.
Remove the roti from the tawa and repeat the process with the remaining dough balls.
Serve hot.
