Cooking Steps
Step 1: To make Kerala Style Raw Banana and Suran Kotu Curry Recipe, first peel the raw banana and suran and cut them into small pieces
Step 2: In a saucepan, pour both of these with 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, salt and water and let it soften

Step 10: Add coconut in a pan and cook till it turns brown

Step 12: Heat oil in a tempering pan
Step 13: Add the mustard seeds, dry red chillies, curry leaves and cook until the mustard seeds crackle
Step 14: Add this tadka and brown coconut curry and mix
Step 15: Turn off the gas after a minute and serve
