Step 1: To make Keerai Masli, firstly put Amaranth and Spinach in a pressure cooker with 1 tablespoon of water and salt

Step 2: Cook till 1 city comes and keep the cooker under cold water to remove the pressure

Step 4: Now heat oil in a pan

Step 5: Add the mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, asafoetida and let it cook for 30 seconds

Step 6: Now add spinach and amaranth and let it cook for 1 minute

Step 7: After 1 minute, turn off the gas and serve hot

Step 8: Serve the Keerai Masli with tomato onion sambar and rice for dinner
