Kale
0.5 cup, chopped (100g)
Plain Water
4 medium cup (1000g)
Common salt

Black Pepper

Instructions
Preparation
-Wash and chop broccoli florets.
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add chopped broccoli and kale and stir well.
Add dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
Pour water into the pot and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and let the soup simmer for 20-25 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
