Cooking Steps
Step 1: To begin making the Kale And Vegetable Fried Quinoa recipe, cook 2 cups of quinoa with 4 cups water, a spritz of olive oil and 1/2 teaspoon salt
Step 2: Bring the quinoa mixture to a rolling boil on high heat, about 5 minutes

Step 8: Add in the chopped kale and saute for 2 minutes
Step 9: Toss in the quinoa and combine the mixture
Step 10: Add salt and pepper; toss them all together gently
Step 11: Turn off the heat
