Preparation
Wash the tulsi leaves thoroughly.
Lightly crush the green cardamom to release its aroma.
Cooking Steps
Take a pan and add 3 glasses of water.
Add all the ingredients tulsi leaves, cloves, fennel seeds, green cardamom, & turmeric
Bring the water to a boil on medium flame.
Once boiling, reduce the heat and let it simmer on low flame for 10–12 minutes. This allows the water to reduce slightly and infuses the flavors of the spices and herbs.
Turn off the heat and strain the Kadha into a cup using a fine strainer.
Drink warm.
