Step 1: To begin with the Kachumber salad, wash and chop all the vegetables into small pieces and keep it ready

Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped vegetables-cucumbers, onion, green chilli, tomatoes, carrots and pomegranate seeds and mix well

Step 4: Add lime juice, pepper powder, roasted cumin powder, salt into the chopped vegetables and mix it well

Step 5: Now add the finely chopped coriander and mint leaves and give the salad a gentle stir and serve it immediately
