Kacchi Haldi & Pepper herbal Concoction
This herbal concoction base combines the powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties of fresh turmeric (kacchi haldi) with the bioavailability-enhancing effect of black pepper. Turmeric's active compound, curcumin, is better absorbed when paired with piperine from black pepper. You can later mix this base into your favorite kadha or herbal teas to boost immunity and promote overall well-being.

Preparation
Grating Turmeric:
-Wash the fresh turmeric thoroughly to remove any dirt. Peel the outer skin and grate it finely.
Cooking Steps
In a saucepan, add 500ml of water and bring it to a gentle boil.
Add the grated turmeric to the boiling water and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
Add black pepper powder and stir well.
Turn off the heat, cover the saucepan, and let the concoction steep for another 5 minutes.
Strain the mixture into a jar or glass. This is your herbal concoction base.
Store the base in the refrigerator for up to 2 days or use it immediately by adding it to any homemade kadha or herbal tea or plain water or milk.
