Mustard seeds

Cumin seeds

Instructions
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, chopped green chilies, and chopped onions. Saute until onions are translucent.
Add mixed vegetables and saute for a few minutes.
Add jowar flour and water in a 1:2 ratio. Cook until the upma is thick and cooked through.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
