Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine jowar flour, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, chopped coriander leaves, green chilli, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
Slowly add water and mix well until it forms a smooth batter with a pouring consistency.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Once the pan is hot, pour a ladleful of batter onto the center of the pan and spread it into a thin circle.
Cook on low to medium heat for 2-3 minutes until the edges start to lift up and the surface looks dry.
Flip the cheela and cook on the other side for another 1-2 minutes until it turns golden brown.
Remove from the pan and serve hot.
