Cooking Steps
Step 1: To begin making Jhinga Gawar Recipe -Shrimps & Cluster Beans Sabzi, prep with all the ingredients first and cut the gawar to bite sized
Step 2: Heat oil in a kadai and add cumin seeds and let it crackle
Step 3: Once they crackle, add slit green chillies and finely sliced onions
Step 4: Saute them till they are translucent
Step 5: Then add ginger garlic paste and saute for a few seconds
Step 6: Once the ginger garlic is cooked, add the chopped tomatoes and cook till the tomatoes are mushy
Step 7: Once done, add the cumin powder, and the gawar
Step 8: Saute for half a minute and add about half a cup of water and cover the pan to cook in medium heat
Step 9: Check after 10 minutes and saute in between if required
Step 10: Once the gawar phali is almost cooked, add the shrimps into the sabzi and cook further till done
