-Wash, peel, cubed potatoes.
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add cubed potatoes to the pan and stir well.
Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt. Stir well, ensuring the potatoes are coated in the masala.
Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for 10-12 minutes over medium heat until the potatoes are cooked through and tender.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with.
