Jau, Saunf & Choti Elaichi Water
This soothing drink is ideal for detoxification and digestion. The combination of barley (jau), fennel seeds (saunf), and cardamom (choti elaichi) helps in cooling the body, improving digestion, and reducing bloating. It's an excellent morning drink to kickstart the day.

Preparation
Barley: Clean and rinse the barley thoroughly to remove impurities.
Cardamom: Slightly crush the cardamom pods to release their flavor.
Fennel Seeds: No pre-preparation is required.
Cooking Steps
Boil 500ml of water in a saucepan.
Add 1/2 tsp barley, 1/2 tsp fennel seeds, and 2 crushed cardamom pods to the boiling water.
Let the mixture simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Turn off the heat and allow the mixture to cool slightly.
Transfer the mixture to a container. Cover and let it soak overnight.
In the morning, strain the mixture using a fine sieve or muslin cloth.
Drink the strained water on an empty stomach.
