Cooking Steps
Mixing the Jau Sattu:
- In a mixing bowl, add 1 tablespoons of jau sattu.
- Gradually add water (about 1/4 cup at a time) and whisk to make a smooth paste. This prevents lumps.
Once the paste is smooth, add the remaining water and mix well.
Add lemon juice, black salt, roasted cumin powder. Stir thoroughly.
Serve the Jau Sattu Water immediately, chilled or at room temperature.
