Apple
0.25 cup, chopped (50g)
Blueberries
0.25 cup (50g)
Banana

Cooking Steps
Rinse the barley pearl in a fine-mesh strainer and drain well.
In a medium-sized pot, combine the rinsed barley, water, cinnamon, nutmeg.
Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat.
Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally until the barley pearl is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
Remove the pot from the heat add milk. stir for few mins.
Top the porridge with chopped nuts and fruits.
