Warm Water
0.25 small cup (50g)

Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, add jau flour and mix well.
Slowly add warm water to the mixture and knead it into a soft dough.
Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each portion into a ball.
Flatten each ball slightly and roll it out into a round shape using a rolling pin.
Heat a non-stick tawa or griddle over medium heat.
Place the rolled-out roti on the tawa and cook it for 30-40 seconds on each side until light brown spots appear.
Remove the roti from the tawa and serve immediately.
