Cooking Steps
Step 1: To make Jaipuri Potato Onion Vegetable, first boil the potatoes and chop the onions
Step 2: Make tomato puree and keep it aside
Step 3: Put the paste making ingredients in the mixer grinder and grind them
Step 4: Now heat oil in a pan
Step 5: Add cumin seeds and let it cook for 10 seconds
Step 6: Now add small onions and cook till it becomes soft
Step 7: After softening, add potatoes and salt and cook for 3 to 4 minutes
Step 8: After that remove it separately
Step 9: Add some more oil to the pan
Step 10: Add grated garlic paste to it
Step 11: Cook for 3 minutes and then add all the spices and bay leaves
Step 12: Cook it for 1 more minute
Step 13: After 1 minute add tomato puree, cooked small onions, potatoes and salt
Step 14: Cover the pan and cook for 10 minutes on low heat
Step 15: Turn off the gas after 10 minutes and garnish with green coriander
Step 16: Serve Jaipuri Aloo Onion vegetable along with Tadka Raita and Phulka for dinner
