Step 1: To prepare Instant Red Chilli Pickle Recipe, wash the fresh red chillies and wipe them with kitchen towel

Step 3: In separate bowl, mix the mustard seeds, fennel seeds, salt, turmeric powder, lemon juice and about half the oil

Step 4: Add the red chillies into this mixture and stir well

Step 5: Take a pickle jar, and fill it with this red chilli pickle

Step 6: Pour remaining oil into jar and let it rest for 2-3 hours
