Step 1: To begin the preparation of Instant Garlic Pickle, first peel the skin of garlic and cut into slices/ coarsely pound them

Step 2: Heat sesame oil in a deep pan, add mustard seeds & allow spluttering

Step 3: Add garlic pieces, chilli powder, turmeric powder and fry till golden brown

Step 4: Add fenugreek powder, salt, curry leaves and mix well

Step 5: Once cooled, serve the Garlic Pickle fresh with curd rice or keep it keep it in a dry, airtight container
