Step 1: To make instant chilli pickle, wash and chop the green chillies

Step 2: Heat oil in a thick bottomed Pan

Step 3: Now add chillies, turmeric powder, and salt

Step 4: Mix well

Step 5: Cover and cook for approximate 2 to 3 minutes on low heat or till tender

Step 6: Now open the lid and add pickle masala

Step 7: Stir fry for a minute on low heat

Step 8: Switch off
