Cooking Steps
Step 1: To begin making the Indonesian Potato And Chicken Croquette recipe, wash and boil the potatoes in a pressure cooker for 20 minutes

Step 11: Add in the mashed potatoes
Step 12: Stir well and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until all ingredients are well combined
Step 13: Once it is done, let it come down to room temperature
Step 14: Next, using your palms roll a lemon sized balls and shape them into cylinders or little spheres, anyway you want the croquettes
Step 15: Fill a bowl each with flour - lightly beaten eggs - breadcrumbs separately
