Cooking Steps
Step 1: To begin making Indo Chinese Paneer Lollipop Recipe first cut the paneer into 1/2 inch by 1 inch thick pieces and keep aside
Step 2: You will get 6 pieces in 200 grams paneer block
Step 3: In a big bowl add the sweet chilli sauce, schezwan sauce, soy sauce, corn flour, garlic and spring onions, salt to taste and mix well to combine
Step 4: Once combined add the paneer pieces to the marinade and gently coat all the paneer with the marinade
Step 5: Keep aside for fifteen minutes
Step 6: After 15 minutes heat a grilling pan or a non stick pan and brush it with oil
Step 7: In a plate keep some corn flour and lightly dust each paneer pieces in corn flour and then place the pieces on the preheated grilling pan
Step 8: Cook the marinated paneer till you see a golden brown grill mark
Step 9: Turn and cook on the other side as well till the paneer is cooked
Step 10: Once done remove paneer onto a plate which has sesame seeds in it and roll into the seeds to coat the paneer
Step 11: Prick a toothpick or a skewer on one end of the sesame seeds coated paneer
Step 12: Arrange the Paneer lollipop in a shot glass filled with sweet chilli sauce or any other sauce of your choice
Step 13: Garnish with chopped spring onions before serving
