Ingredients
Chopped Onion
1 small cup (100g)
chopped tomato
1 small cup (100g)
Iceberg Lettuce
4 large leaf (100g)
Common salt
0.5 tsp (2.5g)
Olive Oil

0.25 tsp (0.5g)
Guacamole
1 small cup (100g)
Tofu (Mooz)
0.5 cup, cubed (100g)
Instructions
Preparation
-Wash the iceberg lettuce leaves and pat them dry with a paper towel.
Prepare Guacamole
Mash avocados in a bowl (leave slightly chunky).
Mix in tomato, onion, cilantro, and garlic.
Add lime juice, stir well.
Season with salt & pepper.
Serve fresh.
Cooking Steps
In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced tofu and sauté until it is golden brown and crispy. set aside
Add chopped onions and tomatoes to the same pan and sauté for a few minutes until they are soft.
Add sauté tofu in it mix well. Remove from heat and set aside.
Take one lettuce leaf and place a spoonful of the tofu mixture on it.
Top it with mashed guacamole, salt, and pepper.
Fold the lettuce leaf around the filling to form a wrap.
Repeat with the remaining lettuce leaves and tofu mixture.
Serve immediately.
