Prepare Hung Curd:
-To make hung curd, place plain yogurt/curd in a muslin cloth or strainer over a bowl. Let it drain for 3-4 hours or overnight in the refrigerator to remove excess whey.
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine the hung curd and grated cucumber.
Add salt, black pepper powder, roasted cumin powder, and mix well.
Stir in the chopped coriander leaves.
