Preparation
Hung Curd Preparation:
- Take plain curd/yogurt and place it in a muslin cloth or fine sieve over a bowl.
- Let it strain for 3-4 hours in the refrigerator to remove excess water (whey). You’ll be left with thick, creamy hung curd.
Crushing Almonds:
- Place almonds in a mortar and pestle or a food processor. Crush them coarsely to retain some texture.
Cooking Steps
In a bowl, mix the hung curd until smooth.
Add coarsely crushed almonds and stir well.
Serve chilled or at room temperature.
