Banana
0.25 cup, sliced (25g)
Cinnamon Powder

Skimmed Milk
0.25 small cup (50g)
Hung Curd
1 small cup (100g)
Instructions
Preparation
For Hung curd:
Take a bowl and place a strainer on top of it.
Take a muslin cloth or a cheese cloth and place it on the strainer.
Pour the skimmed milk curd into the muslin cloth.
Tie the muslin cloth tightly and hang it over the bowl.
Let it hang for 3-4 hours or until all the whey has drained out and you are left with a thick and creamy curd.
Cooking Steps
In a blender, combine the hung curd, sattu, skimmed milk, sliced banana, and cinnamon powder.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour the smoothie into glass and serve immediately.
