Cooking Steps
Take lactose-free curd and hang it in a muslin cloth for 1-2 hours to remove excess water.
Once the curd is hung, transfer it to a mixing bowl and add chopped cucumber, grated carrot, chopped onion, and chopped tomato. Mix well.
