Preparation
To make Hung Curd:
-Take plain yogurt and place it in a cheesecloth or muslin cloth. Tie it and hang it for about 4-5 hours or overnight in the refrigerator. This will remove all the liquid from the yogurt and leave behind a thick and creamy hung curd.
Cooking Steps
In a bowl, mix together the hung curd and crumbled paneer until well combined.
Add salt, black pepper powder, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, lemon juice, grated ginger, and chopped coriander leaves. Mix well.
