Preparation
-Wash and chop blueberries and strawberries.
Cooking Steps
In a blender, add hung curd, crumbled paneer and blend until smooth and creamy.
In serving glasses or bowls, add a layer of blueberries and strawberries pieces.
Spoon the creamy curd-paneer mixture over the berries.
Repeat layers as desired.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes to let the flavors blend and serve it.
