Preparation
Soak Chia Seeds:
- Combine 1 tsp chia seeds with 3 tbsp water.
- Let soak for 20–30 minutes until gel-like consistency is achieved.
Soak Figs (Anjeer):
- Soak 1–2 dried figs in water for 6–8 hours or overnight.
- Drain and chop finely.
Cooking Steps
Take hung curd in a bowl.
Add soaked chia seeds and mix well.
Add finely chopped apple and soaked figs.
Sprinkle chopped walnuts on top.
Mix gently and serve fresh.
