Step 1: To make Hunase Gojju recipe, first heat oil in a pan

Step 2: Add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, curry leaves, asafoetida and chilli

Step 3: After 15 to 20 seconds, add tamarind paste, jaggery, rasam powder, mix it and cook for 2 minutes

Step 4: Now add 2 cups of water to it and let it boil for 15 minutes, add salt and turn off the gas after 15 minutes

Step 6: Serve the Hunase Gojju recipe with rice, chow chow thoran and papad for dinner
