Step 1: To begin with, the Hunase Gojju Recipe, take deep pan and heat oil in it

Step 2: As the oil heats up add mustard seeds, fenugreek, curry leaves, hing and chillies

Step 4: Add the tamarind pulp, jaggery and rasam powder to the pan and let it cook for 2 minutes

Step 5: Now add 2 cups of water to the mixture and let it boil for about 15 minutes so that all the flavours are combined

Step 6: And salt and taste according to your taste

Step 7: The gojju will have a tangy, spicy and sweet taste, Serve it with rice and potato curry
