Ingredients
Wheat flour, atta
350 gms (360g)
Warm Water
1.5 medium cup (360g)
Dry Yeast
1 tsp (7g)
Common salt
0.5 tsp (2.5g)
Olive Oil
2 tbsp (30g)
Instructions
Cooking Steps
Add the lukewarm water, oil, and active dry yeast to the bread maker's pan. Mix well.
Add the whole wheat flour and salt to the pan. Mix well.
Set the bread maker to the dough setting and let it run for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Once the dough is ready, remove it from the bread maker and knead it lightly.
Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F.
Shape the dough into a loaf and place it in a greased bread pan. Cover it with a damp cloth and let it rise for 20-25 minutes.
Bake the bread in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until it's golden brown.
Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool on a wire rack.
Slice and serve the bread once it's completely cooled.
