Step 1: To begin making the High Protein Spinach Basil & Cheese Omelette Recipe , first prep all the ingredients and keep it ready
Step 2: Whisk the egg whites along with salt, pepper and milk, keep aside
Step 3: Heat oil in a skillet, add garlic, green chilli, spinach and sweet corn and slightly saute it for 3 minutes until the spinach has softened and all the moisture has evaporated
Step 4: In a small shallow pan add the beaten egg, season it with salt and pepper
Step 5: poke holes onto the omelette
Step 6: Then add the filling onto one side of the omelette, cover and cook for 5 minutes till it is well done Once done, fold the omelette and serve warm
