Step 1: To begin making the Herbed Butter Rice Recipe With Rosemary & Thyme, keep the cooked white rice ready
Step 2: In a skillet, heat butter on low flame, add the chopped garlic and saute for a couple of minutes until the garlic turns into a light brown colour
