Preparation
- Lightly toast chopped hazelnuts in a dry pan for 1-2 minutes to enhance their flavor.
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and grated ginger, and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the finely sliced bell peppers, carrots, and chopped spring onions. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender but still crunchy.
Stir in the crumbled paneer and mix well.
Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, red chili flakes, salt, and black pepper. Stir everything together and cook for another 2 minutes.
Turn off the heat and mix in the toasted hazelnuts.
Spoon the prepared filling onto the lettuce leaves.
Serve immediately with a sprinkle of freshly chopped spring onion greens for garnish.
