Cooking Steps
Step 1: To begin making the Hare Chane Ka Pulav, firstly heat ghee in a wok
Step 2: Add cumin seeds, cloves, red dry chillies and let it cook for about 15-20 seconds
Step 3: After 15-20 seconds, add onions and green chillies and let it cook till the onions become soft and translucent
Step 4: Once it is done, add in the potatoes for about 2 minutes on medium heat
Step 5: After 2 minutes add in the hare chane
Step 6: Cover the lid and cook it till the potatoes are half cooked
Step 7: Next, add the rice, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice and salt
Step 8: Mix everything properly and cook it for abut 2-3 minutes
Step 9: Add the required water, cover the lid and let it cook on medium flame till the water is absorbed
Step 10: If the rice is still not cooked, add more water and cook it for few more minutes
Step 11: Once done, switch off the heat and garnish it with chopped coriander leaves
Step 12: Serve Hare Chane Ka Pulav with Burani Raita for a healthy and light meal
