Cooking Steps
Step 1: To begin with Hare Chane Ka Kebab, pressure cook green channa with enough water till the cooker releases 4-5 whistles
Step 2: Remove from the heat and drain the water completely
Step 3: Reserve the water for later use
Step 4: You can use the water to prepare any curry
Step 5: Combine all the ingredients except besan and blend together with cooked channa to coarse paste
Step 6: Add a little water if needed
Step 7: Transfer the paste to a bowl
Step 8: Add 1 or 2 tablespoons besan and knead to smooth dough
Step 9: Close it and keep aside for an hour
Step 10: You can either deep fry, shallow fry or bake these kebab
Step 11: Make small patties of the dough and shallow fry them in a wide pan with little oil
Step 12: Cook till it turns golden brown on both the sides
Step 13: Serve Hare Chane Ka Kebab with Dhaniya Pudina Chutney or Lahsun Ki Chutney for your tea time break
