Cooking Steps
Step 1: To prepare Gujarati Style Adadiya Pak Recipe, in a mixing bowl combine, urad dal atta, milk, ghee
Step 2: Mix well
Step 3: Rub flour with palm for 3-4 minutes
Step 4: Heat the ghee in kadai or heavy bottom kadai
Step 5: Add flour mixture
Step 6: Continuously stir it on medium flame till the mixture is brown in color
Step 7: Meanwhile, combine sugar and water in a saucepan
Step 8: Prepare a sugar syrup of 1 string consistency and keep ready
Step 9: When flour starts to get brown color, add fried edible gum(gond) and grated khoya
Step 10: Saute for a couple of minutes
Step 11: Turn off the flame and add chopped nuts
Step 12: Mix well
Step 13: Allow the mixture to cool a bit
Step 14: When mixture is lukewarm, combine it with sugar syrup
Step 15: Mix well
Step 16: Allow it to set for a while
Step 17: Give a shape of your choice
Step 18: Garnish Gujarati Style Adadiya Pak Recipe with cashew nuts and serve with coffee or masala chai
