Preparation
Marinate the Tuna:
-Wash and cut tuna into thick steak.
-In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, black pepper, red chilli powder, and salt. Coat the tuna steaks with the marinade and let it rest in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes to absorb the flavors.
Cooking Steps
Preheat a grill pan or outdoor grill to medium-high heat.
Lightly grease the grill grates with a bit of olive oil to prevent sticking.
Place the marinated tuna steaks on the grill.
Grill each side for 2-3 minutes for medium-rare (pink in the center) or 4-5 minutes for well-done, depending on your preference.
Remove from the grill and let the tuna rest for 2 minutes before serving.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve.
