Preparation
Here is the method to prepare the onion powder at home (you can use either oven roasting or Sun drying or any other gadget like Air dryer or Dehydrater):
Peel the onions and chop them into small pieces.
Spread the onion pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F).
Place the baking sheet in the oven and let the onion pieces dry out for 4-5 hours.
Once the onions are completely dry, remove them from the oven and let them cool.
