Step 1: To begin making the Grilled Cheese Sandwich Recipe Made With Paneer & Potato, first prep all the ingredients - like boiling the potato and making the homemade paneer
Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, add the boiled potatoes and mash them well
Step 3: Add the paneer, green chilies, salt, onion and salt to taste
Step 4: Mix all the ingredients well and check the salt and adjust as required
Step 5: Place a large tablespoon of the mixture over a slice of bread and spread it
Step 6: You can add more if you like a filled sandwich
Step 7: Cover with the other slice
