Baby Broccoli
1 cup, florets (200g)
Button Mushroom
0.5 cup, sliced (100g)
Olive Oil
1 tsp (5g)
Clove Garlic, Minced
1 tsp (5g)
Common salt

lemon juice
1 tbsp (15g)

Preparation
Wash and pat dry the baby broccoli and mushrooms.
Trim the ends of the baby broccoli and slice large mushrooms in half if needed.
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, add the baby broccoli, mushrooms, olive oil, minced garlic, black pepper, and salt. Toss well to coat the vegetables evenly.
Preheat the oven, air fryer, or grill pan. If using an oven, set it to 200°C (400°F).
