Instructions
Preparation
Wash the baby spinach, coriander, and mint leaves thoroughly to remove any dirt or impurities.
Remove the seeds from the amla.
Cooking Steps
In a blender, add baby spinach, cucumber, coriander leaves, pudina leaves, deseeded amla, grated kachi haldi, ginger, chopped pineapple, and water.
Squeeze in the juice of one lemon and sprinkle black salt to taste.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass and serve immediately. Add ice cubes if desired.
