Instructions
Preparation
Wash all fresh ingredients thoroughly under running water.
Deseed amla.
Tear lettuce into smaller pieces for easier blending.
Cooking Steps
In a blender, add lettuce, cucumber, coriander leaves, mint leaves, amla, raw turmeric, ginger, pineapple, and lemon juice.
Pour in 1 cup of water for blending.
Blend on high until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
Taste and add black salt as required. Blend again for a few seconds to mix the salt evenly.
Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately for maximum freshness and nutrient content.
