Cucumber
0.5 cup, chopped (100g)
Goosberry
1 number (30g)

Instructions
Preparation
- Peel and dice ash gourd.
- Deseed amla and chop into small pieces.
- Wash coriander and mint leaves thoroughly to remove any dirt.
Cooking Steps
In a blender, add ash gourd, cucumber, coriander leaves, mint leaves, amla, raw turmeric, ginger, and pineapple.
Pour in the lemon juice and water.
Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
Taste the smoothie and add kala namak (black salt) to your preference.
If needed, add ice cubes and blend again for a chilled smoothie.
Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve fresh.
